Sandals

Sadly, Sandals don't currently allow you to have your own choice of photographer for your wedding day. They'll tell you all kinds of excuses, but the facts are obvious. Currently, they offer packages starting with 42 images for 1200US dollars...yes...1200US!! They use some poorly paid photographers, of little experience, who use what are effectively "consumer" cameras. And given the number of weddings they shoot in a day...you can see that your wedding...is all about profit. So...if you want better images, twice as many of them, and want to save 700US...read on!!

The images below were all shot at Sandals. This has happened when Sandals have either agreed to allow us in with payment of a commission by the client, or when the client has kicked up a fuss at not being able to choose who photographs their own wedding day and insisted on us being there. Of course, Sandals La Toc and Halcyon have public beaches, so technically, we can shoot there...but they will still not allow us to come to your room, not even the 25ft to the gazebo to photograph you cut your cake...yes...it's that pathetic!

By booking photography with Karay Media, each of these clients received over 100 images for less than $400US! How much have they quoted you? Right now, their site advertises prices starting at $1200US! On a day you'll do once in your life, do you have the right to choose who documents your day? We would recommend you look into your photography options before you purchase packages from this resort.
